disqualifying faults for his/her
age AS OF THE DATE OF THIS SALE.
(A definitive evaluation
cannot be
made on puppies under 6 months
of age.)
All
puppies recieve their
first shot will be dewormed. Puppies
shipped, will be examined by
sellers
vet and
recieve a certificate of
health. Buyers has within 48
hours from puppies time of final
day,
or
shipping arrival date, to have
the puppy checked by a vet of
his/her choice at the their
expense.
If the
buyer's vet exam reveals a
genetic defect or that
the puppy is diseased, the puppy
must be
returned
at the buyer's expense and a
replacement will be made when
one becomes available.
Intent to
return the puppy for replacement
(REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION)
must be
made
within 24 hours of the buyer's
vet exam. There is no guarantee
against accidents or
illness
that was not contracted on the
seller's premises. The seller
will not pay any vet bills. If
puppy dies
with in 48 hours of the time of
purchase, buyer must have
an necropsy performed at
the
buyer's expense in order to
determine cause of death. Puppy
will be replaced only if death
was a
result of illness/accident that
was contracted prior to the time
of sale and seller will pay for
the
necropsy.
